A Message from our founder

Lakshmi Seshadri, a mom of three, is a social entrepreneur, engineer, ex-model, and Mrs. India who was crowned Mrs. Perfection and ranked among the top 10 at Mrs. Universe 2016. Driven by her passion for purposeful living, she founded The Joy Box Project, which channels surplus resources from communities to NGOs and orphanages, spreading joy while reducing clutter.

Post-pandemic, noticing the burnout among moms juggling multiple roles, she launched Mompower360 to empower mothers on every level—body, mind, and soul. Her goal is to create a supportive sisterhood where moms can thrive together. Lakshmi now resides in Florida with her husband and three sons, aged 2, 7, and 11, and enjoys gardening, cycling, and reading in her spare time.
